We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, here is our policy:

Eligibility: You may return unopened, factory-sealed products within 7 days of delivery.

Opened products: We cannot accept returns of opened sachets for hygiene reasons.

Damaged or wrong items: If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.

How to initiate: Email support@69stores.in with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days.

Refund timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
